	A Truly Portable Real-Time Ultrasound Bladder Scanner Urologists, primary care physicians and nurses rely on accurate imaging of the bladder in order to determine the need for treatment. The Portascan+ has been designed for use by a variety of carers in a point-of-care environment where immediate, reliable imaging and data acquisition is required. The Portascan+ is unique with a large real-time screen, a patient database and the ability to combine ultrasound scans with uroflow data wirelessly by Bluetooth®. Simple point-and-freeze operation makes the Portascan+ the scanner of choice for the busy clinical environment. The Portascan+ calculates the bladder volume automatically from an ultrasound image. An in-built thermal printer provides a permanent hard copy printout of results for accurate record keeping and archiving. Integrated Bladder Image and Wireless Uroflow Data The versatility of the Portascan has been enhanced in the Portascan+ with the addition of a Mediwatch Portaflow, which can wirelessly integrate uroflow data.
